  - The units can be installed in a central position or against a wall.
  
  - The construction foresees the easy adaptation of the positioning of the valves wich are placed one side or the other of the fuace.
  
  -The construction is made out of stainless steel 18.10 the top is 5 mm thick (sandwich structure i.e 2mm of stainless steel and 3mm galvanized steel) .
  
  - This top forms a water-proof basin and has a water injection system allowing cooling and cleaning. It is equipped with a groove for water recuperation with sieve.
  
  - The units are assembled on a cylindrical adjustable stainless steel frame regulated in height by jacks, with low rack.
  
  - Stainless steel buers with a slit placed in the middle.
  
  - The buers are easily dismoutable without tools, faciliting maintenance and cleaning.
  
  - In accordance with EC standards, the units are equipped with pilot buers and thermocouples.
  
  - Under the buers stainless steel drawer, for the waste recuperation of same.
