APCO Chairbag IV

Chairbag IV is ready.

Continuing the legacy of our pioneering Chairbag design, we are now launching the fourth generation of the highly appreciated Chairbag haess.

The new Chairbag IV is now even more comfortable, more advanced and more finely tuned to pilots needs.

It is still the same Chairbag, but refined and further improved, implementing all the previous experience gained. 

Chairbag IV has received a new additional semi rigid monocoque backplate, greatly improving back support in both flight and back pack configurations. 

The additional weight of the back support is minimal, but offers greater comfort during flights and hikes.

Width of main structure webbing has been reduced to 25mm. - aiming for additional weight saving.

The connection of the main and side webbings has been changed to a split arrangement connected at the carabiner for better adjustment and more comfort. 

The integrated bridle has been removed and replaced by built in shoulder loops to allow connection of any emergency parachute, including the Guided Mayday and similar rogallo type steerable chutes.
